Our Refund Policy
Virtual Syndicate LLC is a U.S.-based digital services company that provides custom website design and development services. Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not offered once work has begun.
When You Pay, You're Agreeing To
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Our services consist of custom-designed, made-to-order website work
- Production work begins promptly upon receipt of payment
- Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable
- You have reviewed and approved the project scope before payment
- You understand and agree to this refund policy
What You Get Instead of Refunds
We're confident you'll be satisfied because of how we work:
1. Live Preview Before Final Payment
In many cases, you see your actual website built and live during our consultation call before final payment is completed. You know exactly what you're paying for.
2. Revisions Included
Every project includes one full revision round to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
3. Approval-Based Process
We don't push your site live until you approve it. You're in control of when and how the project launches.
4. Open Communication
If you have concerns during the project, contact us immediately at hello@virtualsyndicatellc.com and we'll work to resolve any issues.
Payment Processing
We do not store or process your payment information directly. All payments are securely handled through Stripe.
Recurring Services
For any recurring services or subscription-based packages:
- Recurring billing terms will be clearly outlined in writing before billing begins
- You may cancel recurring services at any time by contacting us in writing
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods
Exceptions
The only exception to our refund policy is in the rare case that Virtual Syndicate LLC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances on our end (such as our inability to complete the work). In such cases, a refund will be issued for any portion of the work not yet completed.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue constitutes a violation of these terms. We require all clients to contact us directly at hello@virtualsyndicatellc.com before disputing any charges. We are committed to working with our clients to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.
In the event of a chargeback initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to:
- Withhold delivery of any incomplete work
- Provide all transaction records, agreed terms, and approved deliverables to the payment processor
- Pursue collection of the disputed amount
Acceptance of Policy
By submitting payment to Virtual Syndicate LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy. This policy applies to all services provided by Virtual Syndicate LLC.
